Role Overview<\/b><\/span>

Teach engaging English lessons to international teenagers and young adults, while supporting their progress and overall experience in the program.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

Student Supervision<\/b><\/span>
<\/h4>- Act in loco parentis<\/i> to ensure student safety, welfare, and discipline at all times
<\/li> - Enforce the YES USA Student Code of Conduct
<\/li> - Report any issues to management and take appropriate action when necessary
<\/li><\/ul>Academic Duties<\/b><\/span>
<\/h4>- Deliver high -quality English lessons following the YES USA curriculum
<\/li> - Adapt and supplement materials as needed
<\/li> - Be prepared to teach without technology or materials if necessary
<\/li><\/ul>Administrative Duties<\/b><\/span>
<\/h4>- Maintain accurate attendance records
<\/li> - Monitor student performance and progress
<\/li> - Submit weekly evaluation reports on time
<\/li> - Attend all staff meetings and training sessions
<\/li> - Take and upload student photos for internal use or social media
<\/li> - Assist with and co -lead end -of -course ceremonies
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Requirements<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Bachelor’s degree (TESOL or related field preferred)
<\/li> - CELTA, TEFL, TESOL (or equivalent certification)
<\/li> - Experience teaching ESL to teenagers
<\/li> - Strong communication skills
<\/li> - Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
