Position Description:
Join a dynamic enterprise GIS team as an Esri ArcGIS Developer supporting critical transportation and infrastructure projects. This long-term contract role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining custom ArcGIS Enterprise applications-including Maps SDK, Experience Builder, Portal, Online, Hub, and Field Maps-that are integrated within SharePoint web environments. You will work with technologies like .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, and Power BI to deliver scalable GIS solutions that support statewide transportation operations, emergency management, permitting, and safety initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, follow industry best practices, and contribute to innovative geospatial solutions that make an impact across Georgia's Department of Transportation. The role involves application programming, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of GIS services. This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, requiring on-site presence at the address below with flexibility for remote work when applicable.
