ESS&H Office Support Specialist

KeyLogic has an immediate need for an Environmental, Security, Safety, and Health (ESS&H) Office Support Specialist to join our Energy Team in support of the Department of Energy''''s (DOE) Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office (HGEO). The position may be based in Washington, DC or Germantown, MD.

The Environmental, Security, Safety, and Health (ESS&H) Office Support Specialist will provide technical, administrative, and compliance tracking. This position functions as the administrative backbone for federal safety compliance. The role ensures that research infrastructure, headquarters operations, and critical field test sites strictly adhere to the federal environmental and safety regulations.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Direct experience supporting the DOE Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office (HGEO) is highly desirable.
• Experience Compliance Documentation and Tracking; Incident Log Management, Permit Administration, and Corrective Action Records.
• Inspection Support and Technical Coordination; Audit Assistance, Industrial Safety Metrics, and Equipment Monitoring.
• Training and Security Administration; Training and Coordination, Training Databases, and Security and Emergency Liaison.

Salary Range $50,000-$100,000 Dependent upon experience
