We are recruiting for an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join a respected law firm with a busy estate planning and probate practice in Tupelo, MS.

This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who can manage estate administration, probate, and trust matters with confidence from start to finish. You will work closely with a Managing Partner and an established team while supporting clients through sensitive and important legal matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage probate, estate administration, and trust administration files from opening through closing

  • Prepare and file estate, probate, trust, deed, and real estate title documents

  • Collect records from clients, courts, agencies, and financial institutions

  • Review financial information and assist with estate tax-related analysis

  • Draft client letters, trust funding recommendations, and supporting documentation

  • Review trusts, LLC documents, bylaws, and related legal records

  • Track deadlines, organize files, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Communicate directly with clients in a professional and compassionate manner

  • Record billable time daily and work toward a 1,500-hour annual goal

Qualifications:

  • Estate administration experience is required

  • Hands-on background with probate, trusts, and estate-related matters

  • Ability to manage files independently with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MS Office, PDFs, and document management systems

  • iManage experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills

  • Four-year degree or paralegal certificate preferred; relevant experience may be considered
