We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working full time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. $97,500 - $165,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets
  • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
  • Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
  • Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options

Qualifications:
  • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
  • Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
  • Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
  • Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
