The attorney will be responsible for providing guidance on probate administration, planning, and estate law matters, assisting families and individuals in navigating complex legal processes.We offer competitive salary and compensation package, with incentives for performance and production. We are dedicated to providing client-centered estate administration and planning services to individuals, families, and business owners in North Carolina.Responsibilities We are seeking a licensed attorney in North Carolina with experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, thoroughness , and diligence. Key responsibilities include:Direct, hands-on client and case interaction;Managing client expectations via email, phone and in-person;Prepare and draft, pleadings, legal documents and plans on behalf of clients;Delegating tasks to staff and other attorneys, as necessary;Ensure compliance with all legal standards, applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility;Maintaining accurate timekeeping and prompt billing practices.Compensation Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience.
