Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a growing mid-sized firm based in the Twini Cities, is seeking an Estate Planning attorney. The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting complex estate planning documents, gift and estate tax planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, trust administration, charitable planning, and demonstrated farmland and farm business succession planning. The successful candidate will possess practice area confidence, excellent communication, writing and critical-thinking skills.

Basic Requirements:

• A JD from a nationally accredited law school
• At leat 2 years of attorney experience in a Trusts & Estates practice
• A member of the Minnesota state bar
