The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of estate planning, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a collaborative and supportive firm.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on customized estate planning strategies.Draft and review estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.Guide clients through trust funding and implementation.Handle probate and trust administration matters when needed.Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals.Mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.Help improve firm processes and enhance the client experience.Maintain accurate case management and legal documentation.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience.Experience drafting both revocable and irrevocable trusts.Knowledge of estate, gift, and trust planning concepts.Experience with high-net-worth or complex estate planning matters.Strong client counseling and communication skills.Experience with uncontested probate matters is preferred.Comfortable using legal technology and case management software.Required SkillsWealthCounsel experience.Experience with advanced estate or tax planning.Previous mentoring or leadership experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
