Job Details

You'll handle estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and business owners across Illinois and Florida, working alongside integrated tax, corporate, and litigation teams.

• Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Advise clients on succession and asset protection strategies
• Coordinate on trust administration and guardianship matters
• Work cross-functionally with tax and business & corporate attorneys on client matters
• Manage client relationships directly, including HNW individuals and business owners

Looking for:

• Active Illinois and Florida Bar admission
• Trusts and estates experience with an estate planning focus

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

• Estate Planning

• Succession Planning
• Asset Protection
• Tax Planning
• Trust Litigation
