A boutique Manhattan law firm is seeking an Estate Planning / Elder Law Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys meaningful client relationships, sophisticated planning work, and the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The firm is led by an experienced attorney and supported by a strong team of paralegals and administrative staff, allowing attorneys to focus on delivering high-quality legal services while receiving ample support. The practice is centered on helping clients navigate complex estate planning, elder law, and related matters.
Position Highlights:
- In-person role based out of the firm's Manhattan office
- Work directly alongside the founding attorney in a close-knit boutique setting
- Strong support staff in place, including experienced paralegals and administrative personnel

Responsibilities:
- Draft and oversee estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and elder law matters
- Assist with probate, estate administration, and Surrogate's Court matters as needed
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case handling and excellent client service
Qualifications:
- Active New York Bar license in good standing
- 2–5 years of New York-specific trusts/estates experience required
- Prior experience in estate planning required
- Probate, estate administration, elder law, or related experience will also be considered
- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a boutique environment with direct responsibility and client contact
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
