Levine Haddad & Gregory, LLC is a growing Trust and Estate firm located in Union County. We currently have openings in our Estate Planning department. Qualified individuals will have two to five years of experience, possess a strong academic background.
Qualifications
Drafting estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced, and navigating sensitive family and financial matters
This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Demonstrate expertise in drafting and implementing estate planning documents
Understanding of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, medical powers of attorneys and tax strategies
Draft, review and revise estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs
Manage complex estates, including those involving business interests, charitable giving and multi-generational planning
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to create integrated estate plans
Stay current with federal and state laws impacting estate planning, probate and tax matters
Foster trust and rapport with clients through clear communication, confidentiality and responsive service
