Our client is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant with hands‑on experience preparing estate‑planning documents and supporting clients throughout the planning and trust‑funding process. This fully onsite role requires strong client‑facing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to guide families through important planning decisions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain client records and track file progress to ensure timely completion of matters.
- Coordinate trust‑funding activities, including asset‑transfer follow‑up and documentation.
- Conduct final review meetings with clients and walk them through completed document sets.
- Attend client meetings and signing appointments; serve as a witness during document signings.
- Communicate directly with clients to answer routine questions and ensure a smooth planning experience.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support efficient workflow and high‑quality client service.
- Draft estate‑planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health‑care proxies.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- 1–3 years of estate‑planning experience in a law‑firm environment.
- Familiarity with trust‑funding processes and asset‑transfer coordination.
- Experience drafting revocable trusts, wills, POAs, and health‑care proxies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and supporting signing appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certificate or related education is a plus.
