Real Estate & Probate Attorney – Entry-Level Associate | Spanish Preferred (On-Site)
The Opportunity
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate and Probate practice. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and build a strong legal foundation within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm offers mentorship, training, and is willing to train the right candidate, including developing skills in key technical areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate and probate matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and filings
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
- Help manage case files and track deadlines
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with case preparation and filings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission or pending admission
- Exposure to or willingness to learn ESI (Electronically Stored Information) is required
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Internship or academic exposure to real estate or probate law
- Familiarity with court procedures
