    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the grounds, landscaping, and overall presentation of the estate to a high standard
    • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction projects
    • Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, and painting tasks with confidence
    • Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address issues
    • Coordinate and manage outside contractors when needed
    • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and landscaping machinery
    • Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance needs and unexpected situations
    • Assist owners with upkeep of estate as well as other issues that arise.

    Qualifications

    • Experience maintaining residential or estate properties preferred
    • Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
    • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
