 Performance Expectations for the Estate & Trust Tax Manager:

• Review Tax Returns (Trusts & Estates)
• Maintain client relationships
• Train/ lead and develop staff
• Tax Planning

Experience/Qualifications for the Estate & Trust Tax Manager:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
• CPA 
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting or relevant law firm experience.
• Strong Trust & Estate Background.
• Experience with 1041, Fiduciary, & HNW
• Experienced in managing Trust & Estate Engagements
• Experience in tax planning, review, & client relationships
• Experience leading and developing staff
• Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
