Job Summary:
As a Cerologist / Esthetician, you will provide high-quality waxing services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience, educating on aftercare, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-body and facial waxing services for all genders using proper techniques and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room between clients
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, skin sensitivity, and offer pre/post-waxing advice
- Promote and sell aftercare products and additional services
- Uphold sanitation and hygiene protocols in compliance with state board regulations
- Build a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client retention practices
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with industry trends
Qualifications:
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetologist
- 1+ year of experience in body and facial waxing (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a gentle, professional touch
- Excellent customer care service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A willingness to continue to grow in your profession
