Esthetician Cosmetologist

As an Esthetician/Cosmetologist at European Wax Center – Minneapolis Lakes, your expertise helps turn every visit into a confidence-boosting experience. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service: Create confidence-building experiences that turn first-time guests into loyal fans
• Educate and recommend: Serve as a trusted skincare expert by recommending services, wax passes, and exclusive products
• Achieve performance goals: Maximize your earning potential through bonuses tied to key performance metrics

A current Minnesota Esthetician/Cosmetologist license is required for this position.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay
• Service sales commission
• Product sales commission
• Bi-weekly bonuses
• Gratuities paid immediately to Wax Specialist

Average Wage $20 - $50 per hour when tips, commissions, and bonuses are calculated!
