What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional waxing services using our exclusive Comfort Wax®
- Educate guests on products, services, and at-home care recommendations
- Build meaningful relationships that keep guests coming back
- Create personalized experiences that help guests feel comfortable and confident
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment suite
- Consistently deliver outstanding service while meeting performance goals
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel their best
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Sales confidence and willingness to recommend products and services that benefit guests
- Weekend and evening availability is a MUST
