Sway by Spavia is hiring part-time and full-time at multiple locations in Denver for Licensed Estheticians.
Avg pay per 50-min facial: $60-$65 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $65+ for 60-70 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
Signature Facial | 50 min | $60-$65++
Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 to 20%
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials

- Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail
- Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
- Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.
- Convert great experiences into memberships by recommending clear routine visits
- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready

Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in Colorado
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- A calm, caring energy and passion for helping others
