Advanced services: Up to $50-$60 for 60-70 min treatments

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Signature Facial - 50 min - $35-$40
- Advanced Facials/Exfoliation - 40-60 min - $45-$55
- Upgraded Treatments - 70 min - $55-$60
Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $45k+ annually, including incentives
