Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour based on experience/qualifications

As for the schedule, you can choose to work one of the following:

• Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday)
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday)
• 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday)

ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR: YOUR DAY, YOUR VIBE

Youll be the friendly and encouraging person who educates aspiring cosmetology professionals on the ins and outs of esthetic practices and modern techniques. Your efforts will make a widely felt impact as you:

• Teach our renowned esthetics curriculum, including facials, clinical services, and advanced machine techniques
• Build connections with students, foster their confidence, and provide constructive feedback to help them master skills
• Work alongside our talented team to provide top-tier education and support amazing student outcomes
• Keep learning more in the industry and developing your own skill set

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Active Ohio esthetician instructor license
• Clinical experience with facials, esthetic equipment, and machine-based techniques
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Professional classroom management and customer service skills
• Tech-savviness with the ability to utilize modern teaching tools
• Passion for education and commitment to supporting our culture
• Patient and understanding attitude
• Ability to inspire students to try their best and keep growing
