  • Represent the brand professionally both in-person and online
Qualifications


  • Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland
  • Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience preferred
  • Experience in a medspa or cosmetic setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content
  • Sales confidence and customer service excellence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Hydrafacial
  • Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
  • Knowledge of skin of color treatments
  • Familiarity with RF microneedling and advanced aesthetic procedures
  • Experience with consultation-based selling
  • Experience with booking software and EMR systems
