About the Role

A busy and growing medical aesthetics practice in Leesburg, Florida is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with an active Electrolysis License to join our team.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about skin health, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and delivers results-driven treatments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments

• Provide electrolysis hair removal services in compliance with safety and licensing standards

• Conduct skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients on skincare routines and professional products

• Recommend services and retail products based on client needs

• Maintain accurate and compliant treatment documentation

• Support clinic growth through rebooking and treatment plan recommendations

• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of treatment areas

• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality client experience

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License

• Electrolysis License (required)

• 2+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade products

• Ability to recommend and explain treatment plans confidently

• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
