Wellness and Facial  Bar is a new modern, lifestyle-driven skin studio focused on confidence, energy, and real results. We’re building a fast-paced, elevated skin bar experience—and we’re looking for passionate estheticians who want to grow with a new concept.

• A licensed esthetician (Virginia license required)

WHAT YOU’LL DO


Perform customized facial treatments in a skin-bar setting

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences
• Educate clients on treatments and skincare routines
• Recommend add-ons and services with confidence
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment areas
• Participate in training and ongoing education
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license
• Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not required
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ethics
