Responsibilities

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their aesthetic goals and needs.

Educate potential clients on the benefits and services offered by iCRYO.

Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the New Braunfels location.

Schedule client appointments and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sales environment.

Stay up-to-date on iCRYO's services, promotions, and industry trends.

Previous sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

A genuine passion for wellness, health, and aesthetics.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.

A positive and energetic attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.

Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping.
