Job Overview

  • Dual-role position: 1-2 days per week as Esthetician, 2-4 days per week at the Front Desk in a Customer Service & Sales role (Based on studio & employee needs)
  • Seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to provide esthetic services and deliver outstanding customer service and sales support

Compensation & Benefits

  • Front Desk: $17+ per hour
  • Aesthetics: $50-$60 per 1-hr Facial (includes gratuity)
  • Retail Sales Commission AND Monthly Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform facials and skincare treatments following industry standards
  • Confidently recommend skincare products, ensuring clients understand benefits and contraindications
  • Follow the established sales process to promote and sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
  • Build strong customer loyalty through informed listening and effective communication with new, established, and prospective clients
  • Transform client feedback and criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Completion of an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program and a valid license to provide facial services in your state or municipality (or in the process of obtaining a license)
  • Passion for skincare and commitment to delivering excellent client care
  • Previous experience providing facials in a spa environment is a plus, but not required
  • Customer service experience in a spa-like environment, demonstrating attention to detail, hospitality, and excellent execution
  • Familiarity with modern office tools; proficiency in scheduling and payment processing systems
  • Flexibility to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients
