What You’ll Do

• Perform facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services

• Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience every visit

• Recommend skincare and homecare based on real client needs

• Drive rebooking through trust and results — not pressure

• Maintain complete State Board compliance and sanitation standards

• Support studio operations and teamwork standards

• Participate in training, coaching, and skill development

• Help the studio hit service, product, and client retention goals

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Licensed in Texas (Esthetics or Cosmetology — required)

• Naturally warm, empathetic, and client-centered

• Coachable and excited to grow

• Reliable and accountable

• Comfortable educating clients and making recommendations

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Motivated by performance and improvement

• Energized by a fast-growing, high-standards environment

Ideal Experience

• Relationship-based client care or service

Requirements

• Active Texas Esthetics or Cosmetology License

• Age 18+

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Weekend availability
