What You'll Do Teach core curriculum -- theory and hands-on training in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services Coach students with feedback that helps them grow, both technically and professionally Instill the professionalism and work ethic they'll need to thrive in the service industry Prepare students for their state license exams and help set them up for job placement Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols Bring company systems and standards to life in the classroom What You'll Bring Active Esthetics license in the state of Wisconsin Real-world experience as a practicing esthetician, including advanced services like peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, or lashes Teaching, training, or leadership experience A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry Why You'll Love It Here $23/hr + based on experience Consistent, predictable schedule Full-time benefits: health insurance, PTO, employee discounts, and 401(k) The reward of shaping the next generation of beauty professionals A supportive, mission-driven team culture
