This is not a sales, business development, or revenue‑growth role. It is a precision‑based administrative position responsible for managing bid documents, organizing information, and ensuring our estimators have exactly what they need - especially on bid day.If you excel at accuracy, thrive under deadlines, and enjoy keeping complex information organized, you'll be a great fit.Core ResponsibilitiesDownload, organize, and maintain all bid documents, drawings, specifications, and addendaCreate and manage proposal folders and ensure all information is currentUpdate the bid list and bid calendar dailyPrepare client bid forms using estimator‑provided numbersAssist with prequalification forms and project‑specific documentationContact cities, agencies, and subcontractors to gather required informationSolicit subcontractor pricing and ensure participation from MBE/WMBE/DVBE firmsProvide administrative support including document prep, copying, filing, and data entrySupport estimators with basic quantity takeoffs or document review (training provided)Handle fast‑paced, time‑sensitive tasks on bid day with accuracy and composurePerform additional administrative duties as assignedWhat You Need to SucceedExperience: 3–5 years in the construction industry preferred (General Contractor or Subcontractor experience ideal).
