Job Description
Project EngineerPrepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates using digital estimating software. Support preconstruction activities for ground-up and large-scale commercial developments. Assist project teams with budgeting, bid evaluations, and subcontractor coordination. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements. Ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction documents. Exposure to commercial, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, retail, or education projects. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and cost control. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Salary: $70,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Family medical premiums covered and 401(k) match up to 50%. Exposure to major mixed-use and commercial developments exceeding $200M.
