Position will lead the estimating job bidding for all CNC milling and turning opportunities, and work directly with the President, and floor leads day to day as needed. Expected to take lead on customer communication regarding opportunities to assist in providing solutions, meet their needs, and win work.

Requirements: -Previous experience in a cost estimating role focused on machining preferred, but will consider candidates with strong hands on machining experience looking for a change in career path -High comfort/efficiency with computers and learning new systems/software applications, prior experience with ERP/quoting software preferred -Ability to read/interpret machining prints, including materials/subcontracting requirements callouts, -Strong independent follow through, and time sensitive work habits
