We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Alexandria, VA, within the Preconstruction & Business Development division.
As an Estimator, you will review project specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Responsibilities include analyzing historical data, assessing project and contract risks, preparing discipline estimates, and recommending vendors and subcontractors to meet pursuit and cost goals.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 3+ years of industry experience and proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, benefits, and growth opportunities. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
