Restoration Estimating Specialist

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time position based out of Cincinnati, OH. The hourly rate is $20.00-$24.00, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
- Follow established billing and collections procedures.
Qualifications:
- Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
- Insurance claims experience is required.
- Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driver’s License.
