You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making within the construction industry. Based in Cleveland, this role requires precision and a strong understanding of construction processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

Description

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
  • Analyze project risks and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in bid preparation and submission processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
  • Track project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all project estimates.

Profile

  • Estimating experience with Office, Senior Living, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Education, Retail, or Industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
