Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate pricing strategies. Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and vendor proposals. Collaborate with project executives, operations teams, and ownership throughout the preconstruction process. Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and value engineering recommendations. Maintain estimate documentation and project records using Procore and Microsoft Office tools. Support bid submissions, proposal development, and client presentations. Assist in identifying project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving solutions. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to commute to Bedford, NH on a full-time, in-office basis. Experience estimating projects valued up to $40M. Exposure to design-build and construction management delivery methods.
