Estimator PositionOur client is an established builder with a great reputation. We work on diverse projects ranging from commercial to multifamily. We are seeking an established Estimator to join our growing team.Job DescriptionThe Estimator will be responsible for:Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.Analyze project specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information.Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans.Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions.Monitor market trends and pricing to provide up-to-date cost data.Support contract negotiations by providing precise cost breakdowns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
