Description

EstimatorThe Estimator will be responsible for:Preparing comprehensive conceptual, schematic, and detailed project estimates.Analyzing construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate pricing.Performing material quantity take-offs across multiple trades including drywall, finishes, flooring, trim, and exterior systems.Soliciting, reviewing, and leveling subcontractor and vendor proposals.Identifying scope gaps, exclusions, and coverage issues within submitted bids.Developing detailed trade scopes and bid packages to ensure complete project coverage.Collaborating with project stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process.Supporting budgeting efforts for design-build and negotiated work.Utilizing Bluebeam and BuildingConnected to manage estimating workflows and subcontractor engagement.Participating in project handoff meetings and contributing to successful project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
