Pay Rate: $55,000–$67,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial flooring projects
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large-scale developments
- Develop accurate labor scopes and project estimates for bidding and change orders
- Create shop drawings to support installation and project execution
- Collaborate with internal teams including pricing, project management, sales, and installation services
- Research flooring products, materials, and applications to ensure proper specification and availability
Qualifications:
- Ability to put together takeoff summaries/bids
- 4+ years of relevant experience in estimating, construction, or related field (Bachelor's degree a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specification documents
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general estimating tools
- Familiarity with flooring materials is a plus but not required
