Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost estimates.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all construction regulations.
• Ensure high-quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
• Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory management on-site.

Profile

A successful High End Residential Superintendent should have:

• Experience with managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
