We're looking for a Construction Estimator to help price and win exciting commercial interiors and retail projects across New York City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building competitive bids, collaborating with project teams, and making a direct impact on a growing business.

Description
- Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for commercial interiors and retail fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks
- Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and project management teams throughout the bidding process
Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience estimating commercial interiors and/or retail construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with estimating software and takeoff tools is highly desirable
