Page Building Construction Company is a commercial General Contractor specializing in public and private commercial construction projects. We are based in Stoughton, MA with a strong presence in Eastern Massachusetts. Currently we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our professional staff. The Estimator will be a crucial team member who will be responsible for:
1. Preparing Detailed Estimates / Proposals
2. Scope Review
3. Subcontractor Bidding
4. Subcontractor Pre-Qualification
5. Quantity Take-Offs
6. Document Management
We seek an individual who is hard working, results-driven, professional, accountable, honest, and team-oriented.
Qualifications we are seeking include the following:
1. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience estimating and bidding commercial construction projects
2. Must have a working knowledge of On-Screen Advanced Takeoff Software
3. Must have a working knowledge of Procore
4. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
