Estimator - Construction

A financially strong, growth-oriented commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to join its Texas team.

This role extends beyond preparing estimates. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate conceptual and hard bid estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and project costs.
• Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership throughout the estimating process.
• Help develop and improve estimating systems and processes that support continued growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, pricing, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
