They focus primarily multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Estimator to grow and develop with their resources and expertise.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project objectives. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends. Provide support during bid submissions and client presentations. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
