Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project objectives.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
Provide support during bid submissions and client presentations.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all estimates.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in multifamily construction estimating.
Strong experience with ground-up construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience working across commercial sectors (education, municipal, retail, or mixed-use preferred).
Proficiency in estimating software and strong Excel capability.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Driven, ambitious mindset with a desire for career progression.
