They've built a reputation for precision, accountability, and successfully executing challenging work across a competitive regional market.Job DescriptionLead estimating efforts for commercial interior and renovation projects from concept through final bidDevelop detailed budgets, takeoffs, and cost analyses across multiple scopesBuild and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricingPartner with project management and leadership to refine project strategy and execution plansMentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the preconstruction functionEvaluate drawings, specifications, and proposals to identify risks and cost-saving opportunitiesUtilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for estimating and coordinationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
