Commercial Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in diverse commercial projects. The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Review and refine estimates based on project requirements and feedback.
• Track and manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in diverse commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and math skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
