Key Responsibilities
Review architectural and structural drawings to perform accurate quantity takeoffs and scope analysis
Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bid packages for clients
Collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to validate scope and pricing inputs
Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors while managing multiple estimating projects
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in construction or architectural estimating, preferably with custom building products
Proficiency in Bluebeam and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and estimating processes
Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor"s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
Experience with CRM systems and vendor/supplier negotiations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $65,000-$85,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.
