Baltimore based Electrical contractor is looking for an Estimator for their residential division. The Estimator will obtain all relevant project specifications, determine the most appropriate building materials/methods, secure favorable pricing on packages/materials and be able to combine all of that information into an accurate bid along with a detailed proposal to the customer.
Estimator Requirements
5 years in the residential electrical construction field.
Knowledge of current electrical code applicable to the residential construction field
Strong writing skills
Ability to negotiate
Dependable and professional
Exceptional quantitative skills
Experience as an estimator
