Estimator- Residential Electrical Projects Baltimore based Electrical contractor is looking for an Estimator for their residential division. The Estimator will obtain all relevant project specifications, determine the most appropriate building materials/methods, secure favorable pricing on packages/materials and be able to combine all of that information into an accurate bid along with a detailed proposal to the customer.
Estimator Requirements- 5 years in the residential electrical construction field.
- Knowledge of current electrical code applicable to the residential construction field
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Dependable and professional
- Exceptional quantitative skills
- Experience as an estimator
