Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for environmental remediation and/or demolition projects. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and blueprints to determine necessary materials and labor. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timeline planning. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, trends, and standards. Provide input and recommendations to optimize project costs and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Assist in preparing bid documents and responding to client inquiries.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have: Strong understanding of Code Rule 56 and related regulations. Experience with environmental remediation and/or demolition projects. Strong analytical skills to evaluate project specifications and costs. Proficiency in using estimating software and tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
