      Buyout & Project Transition

Support the buyout process by reconciling awarded subcontracts against the estimate and flagging variances.
    •       Assist in the transition of awarded projects from Preconstruction to the field operations team, ensuring budget intent and scope carry through cleanly.Participate in project turnover meetings to communicate estimating assumptions, risks, and opportunities to the project team.
